WISCONSIN STATE PARK PASS POLICY

This program offers Monarch Library System card holders the chance to visit Wisconsin State Parks for free. Each vehicle pass is valid for one day of the patron’s choosing.
To ensure fair use by all patrons the following guidelines apply:

  1. The borrower must be at least 18 years of age with a valid Monarch Library System library card in good standing, i.e., no overdue items or outstanding fees.
  2. The library card holder must be present at the time of check out.
  3. Pass check out is limited to one pass per household per month.
  4. No holds or reservations are allowed on passes.
  5. Passes are nonrenewable and nonreusable.
  6. Passes do not need to be returned to the library.
  7. Motor vehicles (excludes buses) require license plates issued by the State of Wisconsin.
  8. Borrower shall abide by the rules and regulations assigned by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Wisconsin State Statues and/or Wisconsin State Park System
  9. The Fox Lake Public Library reserves the right to limit the use of passes for individuals, families, or households in case of abuse as determined by the Library Director or Library Board.
    Patron hereby releases, absolves, and agrees to hold harmless the Fox Lake Public Library from any claims arising out of injury to any guest admitted with this pass.
